About this privacy notice
This notice explains how ASOBOAD, a design service operated by AMIX in Osaka, Japan, handles information collected through the English-language website and inquiry form. It applies to visits to the website, requests for estimates, and project-related inquiries submitted through the site.

Information we collect
Information you provide
When you contact us, we may collect your name, email address, company or organization, phone number, project description, preferred schedule, budget information, and any other details you choose to include. If a project proceeds, we may also receive source materials, billing information, delivery information, and communications required to perform the agreed work.
Technical and access information
Our hosting, content-delivery, security, and analytics systems may process technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, access time, referring page, and security events. The inquiry form also records information needed to prevent automated abuse and may preserve an advertising click identifier when it is present in the page URL.

Service providers and data processing
Hosting and content delivery
The website is hosted using XServer Business and delivered through Cloudflare. These providers may process access logs and technical information as necessary to host content, improve delivery, and protect the website from malicious traffic.
Cloudflare Turnstile
The inquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated submissions. Turnstile processes browser and device signals needed for this security function. Cloudflare states that Turnstile does not access, store, or transmit form entries or other page inputs.
Website analytics
We load Google Tag Manager only after you allow measurement. Until you choose, or if you decline, Google Tag Manager is not loaded. Allowing enables Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement. You can read the website and use its inquiry form without allowing measurement.
Google LLC provides Google Analytics and Google Ads. When measurement is allowed, these services may process page URLs, referring pages, browser and device information, interaction events and cookie identifiers to help us understand website use and advertising conversions. See Google’s Privacy Policy for the provider’s handling of information.
Your choice, its timestamp and a settings version are stored in this browser’s localStorage for up to 180 days. Each website stores its choice separately; language versions of the same website share it. If storage is unavailable or cleared, we may ask again.
This choice applies to measurement on this website. Necessary hosting, security and inquiry verification, including Cloudflare Turnstile, continue independently of that choice. Separately managed tools, games, shops and demos have their own notices and settings.
Professional and production partners
When necessary for an agreed project, information may be shared with designers, production partners, printers, payment providers, or other specialists involved in delivering the work. We limit the information shared to what is reasonably necessary for the assigned task.
International processing
ASOBOAD is operated in Japan, while some infrastructure and service providers may process data in other countries or regions. By using the website or contacting us from outside Japan, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in Japan and in locations used by our service providers, subject to their applicable safeguards and terms.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain business and accounting records, to respond to disputes, or to meet legal obligations. Retention periods differ according to the type of record and whether an inquiry becomes a contracted project.
We use reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information through the initial inquiry form.
Your choices and requests
You may ask us to confirm, correct, or delete personal information you have submitted, subject to identity verification and any legal or contractual need to retain it. You can change your choice using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page. Withdrawing permission reloads the page to stop tags that have already loaded, so save unfinished form input first. This does not delete information already sent to service providers. You can also delete cookies through your browser settings.
To make a privacy request, use the English contact form and state that your message concerns privacy. Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant inquiry without sending additional sensitive data.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when our services, providers, or legal requirements change. The revised version becomes effective when it is published on this page. Material changes will be presented clearly on the website when appropriate.
