AMIX Design Office is based in Japan.

AMIX Design Office provides a variety of online tools and design-related services, including but not limited to image processing, print simulation, paper size calculation, folding simulation, logo testing, and graphic design production. Some services may include optional paid features processed through third-party payment providers.
3. No Warranty
All tools and services — whether free or paid — are provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any output produced by our tools. Simulation results are for reference purposes only and do not guarantee actual print or production outcomes.
4. Paid Services & Payments
- Some services offer optional paid features. By making a purchase, you agree to the pricing and payment terms displayed at the time of transaction.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. AMIX Design Office does not directly handle or store your credit card information.
- Unless otherwise stated, all payments are final. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Please contact us if you have concerns about a transaction.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect transactions already completed.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- AMIX Design Office shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, our tools or services.
- This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from reliance on tool outputs for print production, color accuracy, or any other purpose.
- Display colors and material textures shown in simulation tools may differ significantly from actual printed products due to differences in monitor calibration, ink, paper, and production processes.
6. Intellectual Property
- All tool interfaces, code, design, and content are the intellectual property of AMIX Design Office or its licensors.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of our tools or services without prior written consent.
- Images and files you upload or use within our tools remain your property. We do not claim any rights over user-provided content.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our tools or services for:
- Any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Creating content that infringes on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other rights
- Generating content that is defamatory, obscene, or harmful
- Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the tools, services, or their infrastructure
- Automated scraping, crawling, or bulk access
