This Privacy Policy applies to the websites and online tools provided by AMIX Design Office (amix-design.com), including tools published under the ASOBOAD brand and other web-based services operated by AMIX.

AMIX Design Office is based in Japan.

Data Processing

Many of our free online tools process data entirely within your browser (client-side). In such cases, no images, design files, or personal data are uploaded to or stored on our servers. However, the processing method may vary depending on the tool or service. Please refer to each tool’s individual description for details.

Paid Services & Payment Information

Some of our services offer optional paid features. Payment processing for these services is handled by Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. When you make a purchase:

• Your payment information (credit card number, billing details) is collected and processed directly by Stripe. AMIX Design Office does not store your full credit card number on our servers.
• We may receive and store limited information from Stripe, such as the last four digits of your card, card type, billing country, and transaction history, for the purpose of managing your account and providing customer support.

If you contact us for support or inquiries, we may collect your name, email address, and message content solely for the purpose of responding to your request.

Cookies & Analytics

We use Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics to understand how our tools and websites are used and to improve them. These services may place cookies on your device.

We implement Google Consent Mode v2. This means:

• On your first visit, analytics cookies are disabled by default.
• You will be shown a cookie consent banner where you can choose to Accept or Decline.
• If you accept, anonymous usage data (page views, interactions) will be collected via Google Analytics. No personal information is linked to this data.
• If you decline, analytics cookies are not set and standard Google Analytics measurement is disabled. Limited technical requests needed to apply your consent choice and deliver tags may still occur (for example, loading GTM/Google scripts or consent-mode cookieless pings).
• You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser’s local storage for this site.

Depending on the page, our tag manager may load both analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising (Google Ads) tags. Advertising tags are used for conversion measurement and remarketing, which allows our ads to be shown to you on other websites.

Both categories are disabled by default. If you accept via the consent banner, analytics and advertising cookies are enabled together. If you decline, neither is set.

You may also opt out at any time via Google Ads Settings or the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.

Information We Do NOT Collect

• Full credit card numbers or payment credentials (handled exclusively by Stripe)
• Location data beyond approximate country (derived from IP by Google Analytics, if consented)
• Uploaded images or design files (for tools that process data client-side)

Third-Party Services

Our tools and websites may use the following third-party services:

• Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics — Usage analytics (only with consent). See Google’s Privacy Policy.
• Google Ads — Conversion measurement and remarketing. Loaded via Google Tag Manager on some pages; activated only after consent.
• Google Fonts — Web fonts loaded from Google’s servers. See Google Fonts Privacy.
• Cloudflare, Inc. — Content delivery (CDN) and security protection for this service. By the nature of this routing, connection information such as your IP address passes through Cloudflare’s servers. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures traffic without cookies or client-side fingerprinting. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
• Stripe — Payment processing for paid services. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

Individual tools may integrate with additional third-party services for tool-specific features (e.g., maps, search, file conversion). When this is the case, the integration and the relevant provider are disclosed on that tool’s own page or its documentation. • Decline analytics cookies via the consent banner
• Request information about any data associated with your visit
