Data Processing
Many of our free online tools process data entirely within your browser (client-side). In such cases, no images, design files, or personal data are uploaded to or stored on our servers. However, the processing method may vary depending on the tool or service. Please refer to each tool’s individual description for details.
Paid Services & Payment Information
Some of our services offer optional paid features. Payment processing for these services is handled by Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. When you make a purchase:
- Your payment information (credit card number, billing details) is collected and processed directly by Stripe. AMIX Design Office does not store your full credit card number on our servers.
- We may receive and store limited information from Stripe, such as the last four digits of your card, card type, billing country, and transaction history, for the purpose of managing your account and providing customer support.

If you contact us for support or inquiries, we may collect your name, email address, and message content solely for the purpose of responding to your request.
Cookies & Analytics
We use Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics to understand how our tools and websites are used and to improve them. These services may place cookies on your device.
We implement Google Consent Mode v2. This means:
- On your first visit, analytics cookies are disabled by default.
- You will be shown a cookie consent banner where you can choose to Accept or Decline.
- If you accept, anonymous usage data (page views, interactions) will be collected via Google Analytics. No personal information is linked to this data.
- If you decline, no analytics cookies will be set and no usage data will be collected.

Information We Do NOT Collect
- Full credit card numbers or payment credentials (handled exclusively by Stripe)
- Location data beyond approximate country (derived from IP by Google Analytics, if consented)
- Uploaded images or design files (for tools that process data client-side)
