This is a logo for a real estate company designed with the initial “R” in a particular expression.
The letter “R” is the core of the company name. In order to express the two corporate philosophies of “connection with people” and “speedy business,” we designed the “R” and created the symbol.
The lines that form the letter “R” are drawn in a style where the ends become thinner, as if drawn with a ruler or compass, to express a sense of speed. The letter “R” is divided into two parts in order to express a sense of connection, as if the different elements overlap to form a single shape.
The red part looks like an arrow and the blue part is a circle. The red arrow evokes the image of speed and upward mobility, while the blue circle evokes the image of a “circle” created by the interaction of people.
This logo design has a realistic touch, as if a line was quickly drawn. While the logo is complete, it looks like a rough analog drawing, which gives it a warm feeling. As the company’s philosophy is to “connect with people,” the logo is designed to give the impression of human hands. At the same time, it expresses a sense of speed, and the two philosophies are well integrated in one symbol mark. I also noticed that the letter “R” is drawn in two colors, one straight and one curved, to make it easier to understand the two philosophies.

The blue curve seems to be supporting the arrow, while at the same time supplementing the balance by gently supporting it.
